• Own and manage post-sales customer relationships, driving platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and on-time renewals.
• Build strong relationships across all customer levels, from end users to IT leaders and senior executives.

Solutions Engineer

• Identify client needs during discovery sessions with new and existing clients.
• Prepare targeted demonstration scripts, environments, and sales content.
• Give effective product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents.
• Work with our internal product team to steer feature and function development.
• Travel as required to deliver onsite demonstrations, attend trade shows, and other functions.
• Maintain strong knowledge base for product roadmaps and the effect new functionality could have for existing customers and new opportunities.
• Stay familiar with changing industry and regulatory requirements.
• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert internally for Health Solutions, supporting peers and mentoring junior SEs.
• Participate in marketing activities that showcase your expertise and Cority’s software.

Senior Solutions Engineer – Health Solutions

Account Executive

• Manage the sales process from prospecting to qualification through contract close through diligent follow up on prospective accounts
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory in our target markets
• Create demand and continuously seek out opportunities to market and sell the Cority suite of EHSQ products
• Manage the RFI, RFP and Proposal process working closely with other internal and external teams
• Provide the Director, Sales with visibility on the sales pipeline and forecasted revenue
• Develop, maintain and leverage your personal and corporate network to create sales opportunities.
• In conjunction with the Director, Sales create territory strategies and strategic account plans in support of annual goal achievement

• Build, lead, and scale the Deal Desk function from the ground up
• Act as a trusted Deal Coach to Sales on complex deal structures (multi-year, ramps, cross-sell, usage-based pricing)
• Implement discounting and approval frameworks that protect margin while maximizing ARR
• Design and document the end-to-end Deal Desk lifecycle from quote to contract handoff

• Design and enhance base Cority software, as well as working with Product Development to develop software to meet client needs.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions to meet product requirements while also anticipating and designing for future needs.

• Develop high-quality software and is an advocate of automation frameworks for testing, integration, and deployment.
• Review completed software designs or prototypes with team and participates in code reviews.

Staff Software Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system designs
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across GTM workflows
• Document current-state and future-state revenue processes
• Support and enhance core revenue systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment, routing)
• Configure fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation aligned to business policy
• Work in conjunction with other team members to build new system processes to streamline GTM processes
