About the role
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end Modern Workplace and device management solutions for customers.
- Combine technical leadership, customer‑facing consulting, and hands‑on engineering across Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft 365 platform.
- Work across presales, scoping, discovery, design, governance, implementation, testing, documentation, and handover.
- Contribute to the development of productised services, accelerators, and repeatable patterns for the Cloud Practice.
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android (fully managed and BYOD).
- Create test plans for device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, security and lifecycle management.
- Produce customer-facing documentation including design artefacts, operational guides, runbooks, and architectural diagrams.
- Mentor other Consultants and Engineers, providing technical guidance and developing internal capability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android and BYOD models.
- Deep knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, device join states, and identity governance.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Autopilot provisioning
- App deployment and packaging
- Configuration profiles & settings catalog
- Compliance & protection policies
- Endpoint security baselines
- Update management (Windows Update for Business, Autopatch)
- Ability to create high-quality designs, documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.
- Experience delivering customer workshops and presenting technical content to varied audiences.
- Comfortable leading workstreams in a Professional Services or consulting environment.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
