Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Engineer

• Deliver expert support and configuration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and MS Graph to drive service efficiencies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ConnectWise Manage and ServiceNow.
• Monitor and improve Microsoft 365 security posture using Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, and Secure Score.
• Manage and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, and messaging hygiene settings within Microsoft 365; assist with Mimecast administration where needed.
• Provide training sessions and handover workshops to internal Service Desk and 2nd Line teams.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support continuous service improvement and innovation.
• Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) principles are followed, contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Sales

• Deliver new business revenue against a defined sales quota, focusing on Scotland and the North of England
• Act as a 'player-manager', providing pipeline management, coaching, and guidance to two other new business sellers
• Take overall responsibility for the new business sales number across the team
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and activities with marketing, partnerships, and bid team
• Contribute to messaging, positioning, and target audience strategies; propose new products, solutions, and channels
• Manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
• Support team to navigate sales cycle blockers and progress deals
• Work with marketing to ensure flow of quality leads and support conversion into opportunities and sales
• Engage prospective clients at C-suite level, delivering presentations, proposals, and value propositions
