• Manage public-sector bids, including calling on municipalities, attending openings, promoting products, and following up on bid awards
• Correlate cost information within required bid timelines
• Prepare formal quotations, submittals, and compliant competitive proposals
• Enter purchase orders and follow up with customers to ensure prompt order fulfillment
• Manage RFGs by checking with purchasing agents/buyers and searching for new RFGs
• Maintain and log quotation projects
• Assist with project management and coordinate deliverables
• Serve as the focal point for questions about quote and proposal specifics
• Prepare monthly reports tracking quotation activity and key metrics
• Meet with customers and strengthen professional relationships
• Identify, evaluate, and manage public-sector bid opportunities for municipal water and wastewater operations equipment
• Review bid documents, product specifications, and contract requirements
• Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, and operations personnel
• Track deadlines and prepare bid packages
• Ensure pricing, certifications, and compliance documents are complete
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the solicitation process
