Bookkeeper

• Independently manage the financial accounting for several company pension funds
• Provide support on complex accounting issues related to occupational pensions
• Prepare annual financial statements including notes in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 26
• Perform periodic closing tasks and reconciliations
• Work closely with internal specialists and external contacts (e.g., auditors)
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping
• Contribute to the optimization and further development of existing accounting processes

Systems Engineer

• Work as part of the project and operations team in building and operating a highly available, highly secure Private Cloud
• Support the establishment of operations as part of a strategic large-scale project
• Operate, maintain and further develop the VMware infrastructure (vSphere / vCenter)
• Administer Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2019/2022) as well as MECM/SCCM
• Participate in network operations (including MPLS, BGP, Segment Routing, IPsec VPNs, IPv6, Multicast)
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Collaborate closely with internal specialist teams and project partners

Junior System Engineer – Private Cloud, Datacenter

DevOps Engineer

• Operation, further development and automation of storage and backup solutions within a DevSecOps model
• Responsibility for stable and secure storage services within a high-security private cloud environment
• Installation, configuration, administration and performance optimization of storage and backup systems
• Operation and development of NetApp storage solutions as well as Commvault backup technologies
• Ensuring backup, restore and archival processes, including testing and continuous optimization
• Participation in an ITIL-oriented operations model (service requests, incidents, monitoring & events, changes, continuous improvement, and knowledge management including technical documentation and runbooks)
• Automation of operational tasks using scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Active contribution to knowledge building, process optimization and the adoption and further development of tools
• Close collaboration with product owners, Scrum Masters and other technical teams
