Batch Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the execution of daily and weekly batch processes in the operational environment
- Monitor system and batch runs in a 24/7 operation, including on-call organization
- Initiate immediate measures in the event of disruptions and coordinate incident handling
- Plan, schedule and monitor periodic and ad-hoc batches and MFT/AFT processes according to requirements
- Provide support during normal and emergency operations as well as for planned changes and CAB activities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a stable operational environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in batch processing and scheduling with a tool such as Control-M
- Experience operating IT production environments and monitoring processes
- Experience with Adcubum Syrius or experience in the health insurance industry
