About the role
- Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Lead talent assessment and development initiatives
- Provide support and training to managers on performance management
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive employee experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues
- Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with P&O team members and key stakeholders to design, implement, and improve P&O initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices required
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and concerns
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar)
