About the role

  • Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Lead talent assessment and development initiatives
  • Provide support and training to managers on performance management
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive employee experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance
  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team
  • Collaborate with P&O team members and key stakeholders to design, implement, and improve P&O initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred
  • Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices required
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and concerns
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar)
