About the role
- Own everything that keeps our office running like clockwork
- Be the friendly first point of contact for all office & admin needs
- Organize onboarding so new colleagues feel instantly at home
- Manage contracts, payroll administration, office supplies, and IT needs
- Keep our people processes sharp and continuously improve them
- Plan team days, gifts, travel arrangements, and office events
- Support company culture and act as the heartbeat of the Amsterdam office
- Shape the role, bring in fresh ideas, and grow with the company as it scales
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Office/Facilities Manager
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, naturally organized
- 'Get things done' mentality—proactive problem solving
- Empathetic, communicative, strong people skills
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written & spoken)
- A third language is a plus
- Bonus points for recruitment or hospitality experience
- Available for at least 32 hours/week
