About the role
- Work on a mission to help Americans reduce financial stress and gain control over car and home ownership
- Support end-to-end employee journeys from onboarding to employee transitions
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (offsites, in-person and virtual) and culture-building initiatives
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as company-wide newsletters and updates
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems; handle administrative tasks (I-9 verification, benefits administration, employment verification letters)
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI and automation tools

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related (ideally in a fast-paced startup)
