Operations

• Lead the operational engine that powers Ping Identity’s global partner ecosystem
• Build and optimize processes, tools, and programs supporting resell, referral, delivery, technology, MSP, and cloud marketplace partners
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Channel Sales, Alliances, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align partner strategy and GTM
• Design and implement scalable partner processes, including deal registration, attribution, compensation, onboarding, certification, and enablement workflows
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, pipeline, and influence
• Integrate partner data into core sales systems (Salesforce, PRM, BI tools) and optimize lead-to-cash for indirect routes
• Own or influence partner lifecycle tools (PRM, Salesforce, LMS, partner portals) and work with IT/vendors on integrations
• Serve as key operations point of contact for Partner Sales, Alliances, and Executive Leadership
