Ensure efficient campaign execution, managing the marketing technology ecosystem, improving processes, and supporting the marketing budget
Oversee end-to-end campaign workflows from planning through execution and measurement
Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events
Partner with marketing team, sales operations, and product marketing to align campaigns with business priorities
Manage and track the marketing budget for accurate allocation and ROI measurement
Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and efficiency; establish governance around campaign execution and resource utilization
Manage the marketing technology stack, integrations, automation, personalization initiatives, and data privacy/compliance (GDPR)
Monitor and optimize lead management and funnel health across MQL→SQL→Opportunity→Closed Won; partner with sales operations for funnel reporting and forecasting
Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns, channels, and programs to measure marketing effectiveness
Provide insights and reporting to marketing leadership and drive adoption of best practices in tools, data management, and campaign execution
Lead cross-functional collaboration to support sales enablement, vendor management, and content governance
Requirements
12+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing enablement
Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua
Experience with marketing or campaign workflow tools such as Asana
Experience with Adobe AEM, MS SharePoint and Teams, and marketing calendars
Experience managing complex operational initiatives including platform implementation, budget oversight, vendor compliance, content governance, project management, vendor and contract management
Experience building, managing and scaling Marketing Centers of Excellence, including governance frameworks, playbooks, process documentation, and KPIs
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with B2B marketing
Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, compliance, and technology teams in matrixed organizations
Experience managing teams and agencies producing brand-aligned content
Preferred: experience with full-funnel marketing, people management, mentoring, and prioritizing workstreams
Ability to influence without authority, manage multiple initiatives, perform under pressure, and possess strong time, project, and change management skills
