Provide customer service via phone, answering about 4+ calls per hour from customers across the USA.
Troubleshoot technology issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general questions; assist with SIM changes, downloading apps, adding contacts, etc.
Maintain availability and presence during scheduled shifts, self-motivated, with assigned breaks and lunch.
Work collaboratively as part of a team, celebrate and support teammates, and maintain professional behavior.
Participate in paid training and use provided equipment; interact with on-site and off-site IT support as needed.

Experience – A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience – at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Remote customer service experience preferred.
Office Computer Skills – basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet).
Work from Home Requirements – Internet Connection – at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS. Internet providers that are NOT compatible include; satellite, wi-fi, or cellular data.
Distraction-Free Workplace – provide an office setting in your home.
Location – must be within 50 miles of a CCI facility (Louisville center).
Communication – Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English is required (ability to pass a fluency test required for Bilingual opportunity).
Pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.
