Inbound Sales Representative

Bilingual

• Provide customer service via phone, answering about 4+ calls per hour from customers across the USA.
• Troubleshoot technology issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general questions; assist with SIM changes, downloading apps, adding contacts, etc.
• Maintain availability and presence during scheduled shifts, self-motivated, with assigned breaks and lunch.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, celebrate and support teammates, and maintain professional behavior.
• Participate in paid training and use provided equipment; interact with on-site and off-site IT support as needed.

Bilingual Customer Representative

• Customer Champion – You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line
• On average you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA
• Technology Troubleshooter – explain cellular phones, billing, or answer general questions; you are the solution
• Highly Organized and Motivated – you must be self-motivated and present during shift
