About the role
- Provide end users with on and off-site support by responding to phone calls, emails, and ticket submissions Troubleshoot customer-reported incidents Prepare new computers for deployment and work with users to set up replacement computers to optimize productivity Continually improve our IT processes and documentation in pursuit of efficiency and future success Help with other tasks as needed by our team and clients Join a growing Area Managed Service Provider (MSP), where we function as a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer service and reliable IT services. Our goal is to see every small business established on a firm foundation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT help desk or phone support experience. Able to troubleshoot and fix problems on Windows Computers. Must be able to explain technical concepts to clients with various levels of technical knowledge. Can troubleshoot new or unfamiliar technology live, over the phone, or in person. Must have a clean driving record for the past three years and pass a criminal background and drug test. Able to deliver on client commitments. Able to lift and transport equipment 30-40 lbs., crawl/climb under desks, around network racks, etc.
