• Constructor’s Solutions Architects drive a diverse set of product initiatives and technical outcomes for current clients and prospects.
• They provide technical expertise and strategic vision to support eCommerce and business objectives and to grow and retain customers.
• They collaborate with customers to understand needs and demonstrate how Constructor’s AI-Powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform can be optimized.
• They support Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams; involved in strategy, roadmap, and enabling revenue teams.
• Solutions Architects are relied on for thought leadership, clear documentation, and process development.
• The ideal candidate has enterprise eCommerce, Cloud, data science and analytics/testing principles, SaaS architectures, security, and enterprise integrations; comfortable presenting to prospects.
• The role requires a proactive, collaborative, coachable mindset; remote company, building out department and processes, scale function.
• Technical foundations: APIs, data structures, testing, analytics, and software integrations; hands-on coding not required but beneficial.
• Key technical expectations include: front-end software development principles, APIs, retail ecommerce experience, complex data structures, data science and statistics, A/B testing, and ability to explain AI/ML concepts to varied audiences.

• The EMEA Partnerships Manager is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing Constructor's partner ecosystem in EMEA. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies and ISVs/ Tech partners to drive revenue and expand market reach.
• A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models.
• This individual will be instrumental in enabling successful client deployments, fostering collaborative engagements, and contributing to the company's overall growth through SI partnerships.
