About the role

  • The EMEA Partnerships Manager is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing Constructor's partner ecosystem in EMEA. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies and ISVs/ Tech partners to drive revenue and expand market reach.
  • A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models.
  • This individual will be instrumental in enabling successful client deployments, fostering collaborative engagements, and contributing to the company's overall growth through SI partnerships.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce tech and ISV landscape.
  • Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with partners in the region.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to define and execute growth plans.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations.
  • Own the onboarding, activation and development of partners.
  • Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and successful client deployments.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence.

Requirements

  • Experience developing, launching, and scaling go-to-market motions with Systems Integrators and ISV partners in EMEA (DACH, Benelux, France, Spain)
  • Experience working with SIs specializing in ecommerce implementations.
  • Good network and senior-level contacts within the ecommerce space.
  • Prior experience managing executive relationships and driving activation and engagement.
