About the role
- Positioning the value of the Indirect Partner Program and managing full sales cycle from small to Enterprise
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and manage pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads
- Grow current accounts by driving engagement and adoption
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations focused on value-selling
- Engage with prospects and internal stakeholders to close new business
- Uncover prospect challenges and match them with solutions
- Take control of the sales process and lead prospects to becoming customers
- Seamlessly hand off new sales to onboarding
- Cultivate and maintain deep understanding of platform, Ideal Customer Profile, and competition
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute full-funnel revenue growth
- Exceed targets consistently
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience building rapport with and managing business accounts
- Comfortable interacting with C-Level management
- Diligent and organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication skills, strong closing skills
- Confidence in giving sales presentations in person or via video conference
- Tech-savvy and eager to convey the benefits of Constant Contact to prospects globally
- Superb story-telling abilities
- General understanding of inbound marketing techniques and tactics
- Familiar with the needs and structure of marketing agencies a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software a plus
- SaaS selling experience is a big bonus
