Lead a team of entry level to experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on operational excellence and meeting sales targets and individual metrics
Support attraction of new partners and drive sales-qualified opportunities and introductory appointments
Support initial onboarding and ongoing training for the SDR organization in EMEA and partner with sales enablement to prepare training content
Coach, mentor, and oversee development of new hires; conduct one-on-ones and manage team KPIs and metrics
Set day-to-day operational objectives, lead and prioritize daily activities, and supervise support and professional colleagues
Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful sales campaigns
Lead sales efforts to build, forecast, identify, and address interdependencies; research and document risks and change management issues
Assist with developing reporting and communication for executive leadership on sales performance, risks, updates, and requests
Recommend improvements on sales initiatives, delivery, and business analysis processes; assist in operational and tactical management of multiple opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
