About the role
- Analyzing, defining, generating, and communicating marketing metrics foundational to marketing objectives
- Work in partnership with Global Campaigns and Digital teams to increase effectiveness of global marketing operations
- Provide cross-functional support while defining and measuring KPIs, key marketing, web, and demand generation metrics
- Research, analyze, and document findings
- Build, communicate, and maintain dashboards, BI applications, standardized and native reports
- Collect and organize campaign data ensuring quality data, attribution, and conversion rates
- Support end-to-end view of marketing performance and regular analysis to identify patterns improving conversion, deal size, and velocity
- Support special projects around data quality, data enrichment, and data analysis
- Serve as subject matter expert to the marketing team on data trends and innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong experience with applied data querying languages, BI/visualization tools
- Preferred: Experience with data management for B2B marketing or sales team
- Preferred: Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL
- Works independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- Possesses a practical knowledge of Marketing strategies
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per department requirement
- Ability to manage data on a tactical basis, while also delivering strategic insights and direction
