About the role

  • Develop and implement global employee engagement strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention
  • Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis, and insights
  • Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement and analytics insights into talent management and organizational development strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to global engagement, total rewards, and compensation

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, or related areas
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data and insights
  • Proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives through data-driven insights
  • Global HR experience and familiarity with international benefits and compensation practices is a plus
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel globally as needed (0-10%)
