About the role
- Own and evolve our end-to-end recruiting tech stack, including Greenhouse (ATS), sourcing tools, scheduling platforms, the career site, and candidate-facing experiences
- Act as the primary product owner for Greenhouse, managing configurations, integrations, and continuous improvements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and IT to streamline hiring workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality and visibility
- Ensure tight, reliable integrations between recruiting systems and platforms like Workday, Slack, and downstream analytics/reporting tools
- Analyze system usage and process friction to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and impact
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools across the entire recruiting ecosystem
- Drive vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and roadmap alignment to ensure accountability and delivery
- Define and track metrics for adoption, recruiter efficiency, time-to-hire, and candidate experience
- Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration from discovery through launch and iteration
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing recruiting or HR technology, with deep hands-on experience in Greenhouse
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday and experience managing integrations across systems
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize recruiting workflows, automate processes, and increase tool adoption
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools across sourcing, scheduling, and candidate engagement
- Analytical mindset with experience working alongside People Analytics teams to define KPIs and improve funnel health
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead technical/vendor conversations with confidence
- Passion for operational excellence and a track record of using technology to improve recruiter and candidate experience
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence
