• Operational owner and primary administrator of Workday, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and optimization
• Guide transition to a hybrid HRIS operating model and advise leadership on Workday functionality and HR technology trends
• Own and drive Workday strategy, roadmap, design, testing, deployment of modules, features, and enhancements
• Partner with People Operations, Finance, IT, and business leaders to streamline and optimize core HR processes (onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, payroll)
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks; monitor data quality and implement controls for sensitive employee data
• Manage system security, role-based access, and support internal/external audit reviews
• Lead Workday-related projects and integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, identity management, and other enterprise systems
• Train HR teams, managers, and employees on Workday functionality and provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting
• Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Deliver data-driven insights and enable self-service dashboards and reporting that connect people outcomes to business performance
