About the role

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide People Analytics strategy aligned with HR and company goals
  • Create and own roadmaps and project plans to mature the people analytics function
  • Serve as primary advisor on people data and analytics to senior people leadership
  • Build dashboards, models, and reporting solutions for attrition, hiring funnel, DEI, mobility, promotions, and performance
  • Translate complex data into compelling, actionable stories for stakeholders
  • Own and evolve people analytics tech stack including Visier; lead implementations
  • Manage vendor relationships and assess analytics platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Performance Management and DEI teams
  • Develop self-service tools and training for HRBPs and business leaders
  • Coach and empower HR and business stakeholders to use analytics and promote data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Computer Science or Human Resources Management with coursework in organizational behavior and HR Information Systems
  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR data analysis, and workforce intelligence
  • Demonstrated success in leading a People Analytics function
  • Hands-on experience designing system integrations, building dashboards, and delivering scalable reporting solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Deep expertise in Visier and implementation experience
  • Advanced reporting capabilities within Workday and other enterprise HRIS/BI platforms
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Proven experience advising C-level executives on people trends, organizational risks, and strategic workforce planning
