About the role

  • Serve as Delivery Excellence Partner across P&O Business Partners, People Partners, and PS&S to enable a one P&O mindset
  • Blend delivery leadership with consultative expertise to implement achievable transformation plans
  • Act as connector and advisor to ensure seamless collaboration and scalable, people-centric solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert on large-scale transformations including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, and severance coordination
  • Provide focused expertise and coordination for promotion processes and select specialized processes
  • Core member of P&O project teams (Rewards, PPs, Legal, Severance, PS&S) and work directly with P&O Business Partner and People Partner to assess business needs and establish approach and milestones
  • Provide guidance on process dependencies, requirements, templates, SLAs, and compliance to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Collaborate with Legal, Severance and COEs for coordinated execution; share OM/PA updates and prepare mass change submissions for go-live
  • Spot risks early, create backup plans, track escalations, and address issues as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and client Technology; advocate for tools like dashboards and automation
  • Simplify processes, standardize work (SOPs, toolkits), champion knowledge-sharing, and harmonize practices across global teams
  • Leverage data, analytics and external research to identify trends and propose enhancements; engage in post-project reviews
  • Engage in projects within P&O and the PP Function to build collaboration and contribute to solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 6+ years HR experience (preferably in a matrixed environment)
  • Experience or exposure to HR Generalist activities
  • HRIS and HCM systems expertise; Workday experience
  • Strong track record of delivering quality results on schedule
  • Ability to excel under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and teams
  • Ability to adapt to diverse cultures, teams, and business scenarios
  • Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Advanced skills in managing large datasets with accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters)
  • Technology and AI advocacy; actively using AI in daily work
  • Fluency in English, oral and written
  • Preferred: experience working with global teams and standardizing processes
  • Preferred: project management skills
  • Preferred: knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum
  • Preferred: experience with AI tools
  • Preferred: familiarity with dashboard tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Willingness to work hours and travel (domestic and/or international) as defined by hiring manager
