About the role

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of high-profile clients, involving multiple business units and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed onboarding plans, timelines, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, provide status updates, and prepare executive-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Manage and execute the oversight program for high-profile clients in line with company objectives.
  • Drive process enhancements, ensuring stability before continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish, document, and regularly update policies and procedures for operational consistency.
  • Act as a back-up for the Customer Oversight Manager and support other initiatives defined by the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience, preferably within banking, fintech, or regulatory domains.
  • Fluency in English, with strong business communication capabilities.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, intermediate data manipulation).
  • Experience in process management, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize workflows.
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advantageous: Working knowledge of JIRA and Salesforce.
