Administer all new hire processes, including preparation and delivery of offer letters for external candidates, internal promotions, and contractor conversions.
Process background checks.
Partner with department managers and IT to prepare new hires for their first day.
Enter and maintain new hire information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
File new employee paperwork.
Present new hire orientation and organize New Hire Orientations.
Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
Support the Talent Acquisition department with special projects and attend regular departmental staffing meetings.
Report to the Manager of Candidate Experience and represent HR in onboarding and recruiting functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of employment laws, I-9 process requirements, and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources functions related to recruitment and onboarding.
Experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems preferred (Dayforce, iCIMS, Workday, ADP, etc.).
