Manage all aspects of a project for cross-functional teams
Management of major implementation initiatives, programs, and projects to improve critical business processes and achieve strategic objectives
Drive and coordinate multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver results on key initiatives and ensure on time and on budget delivery of solutions
Facilitate coordination of all elements which support project work (meetings, agendas, deliverables, etc.); provide logistical support as needed
Maintain/updated schedules and calendars; establish project plans, RAID logs, reporting dashboards, and status reporting
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project(s); alter plans and make recommendations for future project phases based on lessons learned
Prepare project reports for management, client, or regulatory agencies as required
Communicate project initiatives and tasks to team members and committee members clearly and regularly; confer with staff to outline work plan and assign duties
Respond to feedback and status reports from the project team and applicable committees/leadership to revise project tasks and/or timeline as necessary
Provide guidance and positive models to help others develop; create development plans and advocate for individuals to higher management
Remain informed of changing applicable regulations which may affect project objectives and alter project plan accordingly
Travel to company subsidiaries is required; perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or Management Information Systems
At least 4 years in management consulting, corporate development, or program/project management
Excellent project management skills along with effective planning and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and experience working with both internal as well as external customers and clients
Experience delivering measurable results on multiple large business projects/programs simultaneously
Track record of managing dispersed teams with complex project plans
Strong communication skills including influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders
Ability to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
Proficient skills using project management software, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
Travel to company subsidiaries is required

Preferred: Strong Smartsheet skills; Use of Bluebeam or similar CAD product; Prior experience in facility design and construction helpful; Experience in the behavioral health/healthcare industry
