About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and finance
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Help shape the evolution of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Enable data-informed decision-making and support the successful delivery of projects across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in Property & Casualty insurance , particularly in claims systems
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment
- Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated initiative and a results-driven mindset, balanced with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience launching software or services in partnership with development teams; familiarity with Agile principles and iterative development is a significant plus
- Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with insurance business processes preferred; candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
