About the role
- Deliver advanced financial planning and analysis across the organization as a strategic and results-driven Senior FP&A Analyst.
- Provide high-impact insights and decision-support to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive business performance through sophisticated financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Focus on continuous process improvement and value creation.
- Report to Tim Prell and collaborate with Finance department and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment; eager to take ownership and contribute to strategic growth.
- Previous titles may include ‘FP&A Analyst’, ‘Finance Analyst’, or 'Finance Manager’.
