About the role
- Bisnow overview and role: FP&A Manager supporting CEO and Finance team by delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations. High-impact, high-visibility role as strategic finance partner for CEO and department heads. Own financial modeling, forecasting, performance tracking across Bisnow, Biscred, SelectLeaders. Prepare executive-level presentations and enhance financial models. Collaborate with Accounting and Revenue Operations; develop sales tracking, compensation models, KPIs. Build scalable templates, standardized reporting, forecasting, budgeting processes.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of financial analysis experience, preferably with exposure to various financial platforms. Experience in media or a similar industry is a plus. Advanced Excel and data modeling skills. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Strong ability to build and enhance financial models, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights. Proven experience in developing KPIs and conducting business performance analysis. Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise presentations for executive audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes and workflows. Comfortable working autonomously and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
