Monitor the Squad's strategies to plan, create and manage CRM strategies focused on acquiring new corporate clients (B2B) — transportation;
Develop, implement and manage CRM automation workflows in HubSpot;
Perform data analysis using HubSpot and/or Power BI dashboards to optimize existing communication journeys, identify opportunities for new approaches, maximize engagement and improve final conversion;
Report actions and results to internal and external teams and to executive leadership;
Conduct end-to-end research focused on B2B acquisition — assess needs, design forms, recruit participants, analyze and present results and proposed actions;
Participate in the B2B Acquisition Squad, taking part in methodology routines such as dailies, plannings and retros, using Azure to manage activities;
Work in an interdisciplinary Squad that promotes integration and employee participation on various topics beyond CRM;
Plan and manage multichannel CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, email, SMS, push).
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM (operational and strategic) - mandatory
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Insider (mandatory)
Prior experience with HubSpot
Prior experience in acquisition
Experience with B2B CRM, especially in the transportation sector
Knowledge of applying AI in CRM
