Measure CRM results: Analyze and measure the performance of CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email) using key metrics and statistical methods to quantify the performance lift generated by campaigns.
Develop presentations: Prepare executive presentations focused on reporting results to support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate on CRM strategies: Interface with business teams to align campaigns, design and run customer journeys and one-off campaigns. Focus on optimizing CRM strategies aligned with the customer lifecycle at Dotz.
Drive customer digital adoption: Use data analysis to promote use of the company app, focusing on improving the customer's digital experience.
Engage customers in the points program: Develop communication strategies and new digital products to increase customer participation in the points-earning and redemption ecosystem.
Requirements
University degree (completed)
Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience with Marketing Cloud
Experience with A/B testing
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and translating it into conversion insights
Passionate about data
Experience building dashboards in Data Studio (Google Data Studio)
Knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta platforms
Hands-on: manage the customer journey end-to-end
Able to adapt well to new situations and shifting priorities
