Clinical Operations

• Own our clinical service operations end to end: clinician supply, capacity, scheduling, care delivery performance, and quality across all encounters.
• Build the recruiting, credentialing, and licensing engine, and scale our clinician workforce to meet aggressive growth targets across multiple states.
• Develop and oversee clinical quality, including clinical SOPs, documentation standards, supervision structures, and medical-necessity rigor, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant audit-ready care delivery.
• Design, pilot, and scale our longitudinal care program, including eligibility, consent, matching, time-tracking, and billing.
• Build and lead key teams: clinical providers, care management, and clinical HR / credentialing.
• Own the clinical P&L, optimize our staffing models, and transition us from external reliance to a proprietary, high-quality, and cost-efficient operating model.
• Define and monitor the operational and clinical KPIs that drive quality, access, efficiency, and profitability, using data to continuously improve performance.
• Join the leadership team and partner across Fulfillment, Patient Experience, Revenue Cycle, Product, and Engineering.

Artificial Intelligence

• End-to-end AI deployments — design, test, and roll out browser/phone agents and document extraction (OCR + agentic AI) that automate authorization, verification, and intake workflows
• Workflow-to-spec translation — turn complex payer and clinical workflows into clear technical specs the AI can execute
• Output quality — measure accuracy, find where deployments fail, and drive them toward reliability ruthlessly
• Playbooks — document prompt and deployment strategies so they're reproducible and scale across states and payers
• The AI roadmap — prioritized, defended, and executed with conviction
• Metrics — define what "working" means and prove it

• Oversee BPO Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for our outsourced support partner — managing SLAs, staffing alignment, performance, and day-to-day operational health.
• Drive Daily Team Performance: Monitor queue activity, response times, resolution rates, and patient experience metrics across phone, SMS, and email. Step in proactively when performance drifts.
• Own Escalation Management: Investigate and resolve complex or sensitive patient issues with urgency, empathy, and strong judgment.
• Build and Improve QA Programs: Audit interactions, identify trends, coach team members, and continuously improve support quality.
• Develop Your Team: Support the growth of agents and team leads through feedback, coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership.
• Improve Processes: Build SOPs, escalation paths, workflows, and knowledge base documentation that help the team move faster and deliver more consistent support.

Patient Experience Manager

Onboarding Specialist

• Own the end-to-end provider onboarding program: From the moment their contract is signed through their first couple of weeks of patient visits.
• Build and maintain onboarding resources: Covering platform usage, workflows, and clinical protocols. Materials should be engaging and clear.
• Build the onboarding infrastructure to support rapid growth: What you build should be effective when we eventually onboard cohorts of 5-10 clinicians.
• Maintain strong relationships with providers: Answer questions, demonstrate enthusiasm for the role, and ensure providers feel supported throughout the onboarding journey.
• Track and report on core KPIs: Report on provider performance metrics during and immediately after onboarding.
• Play a big part in provider retention: identify patterns in provider drop-off or friction and translate them into program improvements. Build toward industry-leading provider retention rates through best-in-class onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: maintain a feedback loop between onboarded providers, Clinical Operations, Product, and other relevant teams.
