About the role
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Translate business needs into technical requirements across multiple domains
- Lead onboarding, solution reviews, and roadmap planning sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Provide strategic guidance on infrastructure, connectivity, and user experience
- Advocate for client priorities and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth
- Maintain detailed account plans and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Deliver technical presentations, documentation, and training as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or enterprise IT support
- Strong knowledge of end user computing, network infrastructure, and telecom systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work across technical teams in complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, CRM platforms, and related governance processes
- Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, or cloud platforms (bonus)
