About the role

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements across multiple domains
  • Lead onboarding, solution reviews, and roadmap planning sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
  • Provide strategic guidance on infrastructure, connectivity, and user experience
  • Advocate for client priorities and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth
  • Maintain detailed account plans and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Deliver technical presentations, documentation, and training as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or enterprise IT support
  • Strong knowledge of end user computing, network infrastructure, and telecom systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work across technical teams in complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, CRM platforms, and related governance processes
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, or cloud platforms (bonus)
