About the role
- Assist callers with card activation and troubleshooting
- Handle requests for replacement or new cards
- Provide program details and savings information
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
- Deliver friendly, efficient support in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of call center and customer service experience (retail accepted)
- Pharmaceutical Call Center experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, communicate in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday thru Friday
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Must pass an internet speed test (hard-wired connection only)
- Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
