About the role

  • Create and edit scroll-stopping TikToks, IG Reels, and Shorts.
  • Drop 10–12 posts a week (mix of fresh trends + reimagined clips).
  • Add subtitles (EN/ES), experiment with hooks, and design thumbnails.
  • Test different cuts and formats to see what keeps people watching.
  • Schedule posts and ensure captions/hashtags are optimized.
  • Share weekly “what worked / what didn’t” learnings to shape content strategy.
  • Learn end-to-end process from idea → script → post → performance report; exposure to influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, and community activations.

Requirements

  • You love making videos – editing is fun, not a chore.
  • You live on TikTok/IG and know what works.
  • You’re curious, organized, and not afraid to try 10 different ads until you find the best one.
  • Bilingual (Spanish + English) is a must.
  • You understand the struggles many immigrants face in the U.S. and want a role where your work can actually make a difference.
