About the role

  • Revenue owner for existing and expanding partnership business ($5M+), covering reseller network, in-store music partnerships and digital UGC partnerships
  • Define and execute a global strategy for partnerships that aligns with overall business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities in both new and existing international markets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the team; create a strong team culture; conduct regular 1-1s and team meetings; ensure alignment with Epidemic Sound’s core values
  • Lead market expansion efforts by analyzing local market dynamics, understanding competitors, and meeting customer needs
  • Drive growth by implementing strategies to increase market share and optimize client relationships
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for your team and resellers to ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets
  • Report to the Chief Enterprise Officer and work closely with sales leaders across the globe as part of the extended management team

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in sales
  • 5-10+ years in a global or multi-regional leadership role
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in managing complex, large-scale sales efforts across multiple regions
  • Strong leadership skills to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Strategic, data-driven leader with deep understanding of international business
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of advising senior management on strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
