Revenue owner for existing and expanding partnership business ($5M+), covering reseller network, in-store music partnerships and digital UGC partnerships
Define and execute a global strategy for partnerships that aligns with overall business objectives
Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities in both new and existing international markets
Lead, coach, and mentor the team; create a strong team culture; conduct regular 1-1s and team meetings; ensure alignment with Epidemic Sound’s core values
Lead market expansion efforts by analyzing local market dynamics, understanding competitors, and meeting customer needs
Drive growth by implementing strategies to increase market share and optimize client relationships
Set clear goals and KPIs for your team and resellers to ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets
Report to the Chief Enterprise Officer and work closely with sales leaders across the globe as part of the extended management team
Requirements
10-15+ years of experience in sales
5-10+ years in a global or multi-regional leadership role
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in managing complex, large-scale sales efforts across multiple regions
Strong leadership skills to attract, develop, and retain top talent
Strategic, data-driven leader with deep understanding of international business
Excellent communication skills; capable of advising senior management on strategic decisions
