• Support senior engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in production-quality systems
• Contribute code to small, well-scoped projects within an established technology stack
• Learn and apply the organization’s software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and best practices
• Gradually take on increasing technical responsibility as proficiency and system knowledge grow

Contracts Administrator II

QA Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and measures for the manufacturing of satellite systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
• Lead or collaborate on quality investigations such as MRB, CAPA, and root-cause investigations – including customer-driven investigations.
• Analyze test /inspection results, identify trends in performance data, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Review supplier and vendor quality standards and performance, conducting audits as necessary.
• Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is accurate and maintained according to industry and regulatory standards.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Build, deploy, and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design, implement, and support highly available, fault-tolerant systems across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and services with a focus on scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, reusable modules, and deployment templates.
• Establish and enforce standards for monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.

Sales

• Act as the primary commercial owner for assigned Tier-1 operator accounts, with full responsibility for revenue growth, account strategy, and executive relationships.
• Proactively identify and drive new opportunities across SMSC modernization, WEA evolution, MLC/location monetization, CAMARA APIs, and Edge/AI-enabled LMF.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with operators’ network transformation, cloud-native, and enterprise monetization strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders across Technology, Network, Product, and Procurement.
• Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline, including forecasting, deal qualification, and value-based selling.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape solutions, influence roadmaps, and ensure successful deployments.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial structures, including license, SaaS, and usage-based models.
• Represent the company at industry forums, customer workshops, and executive briefings as a trusted advisor.

Sales Director

Mechanical Engineer

• Participate in the design and development of FPGA based signal processing systems for Satcom communications.
• Perform conceptual design, detailed design, simulation and testing of FPGA firmware and processing algorithms focused in the areas of satellite and wireless communications.
• Conduct laboratory and/or field test and/or experiments.
• Design testing procedures and coordinate to identify problems and solutions.
• Document the results, and the testing procedures with scripts, block diagrams
• Support analysis, testing, and operations teams.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate 3rd party IP.
• Adhere to Systems Engineering process flows (requirements definition and traceability, design documentation, test planning and reporting, etc.).
