Systems Engineer

• Build, deploy, and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design, implement, and support highly available, fault-tolerant systems across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure and services with a focus on scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce manual intervention.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Java applications using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud

Program Manager

• Manage NG9-1-1 system integration to completion; apply technical and managerial skills to satisfy business, technology, and project objectives.
• Partner with client leadership and delivery teams to lead projects; plan and execute programs across functions to achieve mission-critical outcomes.
• Lead all aspects of the program lifecycle including implementation, deployment, ongoing support, new features, and change management.
• Drive completion of NG9-1-1 deployments to meet client contract requirements, milestones, and timelines to maximize revenue.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact; coordinate and host program meetings, deliver agendas, notes, and action items.
• Monitor service delivery quality; identify and drive resolution of issues, risks, and root cause analysis; calculate and report financial penalties when appropriate.
• Develop, deliver, and manage client communication and training initiatives; onboard internal cross-team training for deployed solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and External Providers; contribute to contract negotiations and budget fulfillment.
• Travel may be required.
