Project Manager

• Assist in driving process improvement initiatives across the NOC and Field Services organizations, aligned with Service Operations practices (Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Reporting).
• Support the coordination and execution of Service Operations programs, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and completed.
• Serve as a backup facilitator for core operational processes, including RCA / Problem Management sessions, CAB (Change Advisory Board) coordination, Knowledge Management reviews and governance activities.
• Lead and support training initiatives for NOC and Field Services teams, including Development and delivery of virtual training sessions, creation and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and job aids, Ensuring operational readiness for new processes, tools, and workflows.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and action items using tools such as ClickUp.
• Facilitate project and operational meetings, including capturing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking action items, risks, and decisions. Following up to ensure completion and accountability.
• Partner with Service Operations leadership to analyze operational data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the development of operational dashboards and reporting artifacts to support leadership visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between NOC, Field Services, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Track and document risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting resolution efforts.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and documentation practices across Service Operations.
• Support audit readiness efforts by ensuring documentation, training records, and process artifacts are current and accessible.
• Additional project coordination, training, and operational support duties as required.

Project Coordinator II

Sales Engineer

• Collaborate with sales teams to conduct technical discoveries, deliver tailored product demonstrations of ESInet/NGCS, CHE, and related NG9-1-1 solutions, and address customer technical requirements
• Lead the development and writing of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring compliance with public safety standards, NENA i3, cybersecurity, and interoperability needs
• Represent Allerium at industry trade shows, conferences, and events, showcasing solutions and networking with potential customers
• Accompany sales representatives on frequent customer visits (up to 50% travel) for on-site presentations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design sessions
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams including product management, engineering, and implementation services
• Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including presentations, demo scripts, white papers, and competitive analysis documents
• Support post-sales activities as needed, including technical handoffs to implementation teams and customer onboarding assistance

QA Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and measures for the manufacturing of satellite systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
• Lead or collaborate on quality investigations such as MRB, CAPA, and root-cause investigations.
• Analyze test results, identify trends in performance data, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Review supplier and vendor quality standards and performance, conducting audits as necessary.
• Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is accurate and maintained according to industry and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in the quality assurance process.

Senior Technician Support, Quality Assurance

Systems Engineer

• Support existing ArcGIS server deployments at the system AND service level, fine tuning map service configurations to meet demands and troubleshooting connection issues as they arise; configure and deploy alarms based on system conditions before problems arise.
• Build, deploy, operate, and support existing web-based GIS applications, familiar with ArcGIS JavaScript API, JavaScript, and Apache Tomcat deployments.
• Advise on workflow automation opportunities, and design and deploy tools that meet these challenges with stakeholder approval and engagement.
• Serve as a SME for all aspects of AWS environmental deployment, with an emphasis on the deployment of Web-based GIS applications and ArcGIS server instances.
• Be a resource for team analyses, reports and processes which deploy these toolsets to their best advantage.
• Advice on architectural choices for new product deployment with respect to ArcGIS server configuration, service availability and resource use and hardware needs; oversee Op Design planning and creation and suggest Functional Specifications where they impact GIS processes and needs.
• Perform/complete spatial reports and analysis as requested.
• Support GIS data organization, maintenance, management, and storage tasks.
• Assist other GIS analysts in supporting/balancing workload.
• Upkeep system, development, architecture and process documentation.
• Be a member of the 24/7 on call weekly rotation for production issue support.
• Support other projects as requested.
