CNO Instructor II – Cyberspace Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training to Department of Defense personnel at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), Corry Station, Pensacola, FL.
- Perform duties as a Cyberspace Operations Instructor by delivering highly technical training in a military training environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises, and other delivery methods.
- Assist with developing CO training curriculum (e.g., lecture content, student/instructor guides, tests, exercises, simulations).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Provide classroom instruction consistent with the teaching approach and requirements specified in the Program of Instruction
- Conduct hands-on exercises in a virtual laboratory environment, study hall periods, and tutoring/remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class
- Clearly convey technical concepts during instruction
- Evaluate students’ knowledge, skills, and abilities to accurately determine their proficiency in each topic area
- Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
- Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes
- Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the level required.
