About the role
- Lead and manage service and change delivery for an account or significant area of service
- Constantly drive improvements in performance for customers and the organization
- Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams
- Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery processes
- Identify risks in service delivery and implement measures to mitigate
- Support change delivery and pull together the Computacenter organization for complex change
- Work with the Snr Delivery Lead/Delivery Director to support account strategy
- Ensure compliance and manage contract schedules
- Manage the finances of your account to achieve cost management
- Maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organizations
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management
- ITIL training, possibly to Expert status
- Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries
- Good self-organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Trust building, assertive, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Resilience and ability to deal with stressful situations
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of product supply chains
- Commercially astute.
