About the role

  • Lead and manage service and change delivery for an account or significant area of service
  • Constantly drive improvements in performance for customers and the organization
  • Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams
  • Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery processes
  • Identify risks in service delivery and implement measures to mitigate
  • Support change delivery and pull together the Computacenter organization for complex change
  • Work with the Snr Delivery Lead/Delivery Director to support account strategy
  • Ensure compliance and manage contract schedules
  • Manage the finances of your account to achieve cost management
  • Maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organizations

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management
  • ITIL training, possibly to Expert status
  • Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries
  • Good self-organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Trust building, assertive, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Resilience and ability to deal with stressful situations
  • Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of product supply chains
  • Commercially astute.
