About the role

  • Support the business authority within core GTS tools for logistics processes and systems
  • Design & deliver to the defined Global system vision
  • Define global usage standards of tools across the group
  • Evaluate impact to business performance throughout design and delivery phases
  • Continual improvement of Business As Usual (BAU) in-life systems
  • Support senior system owners with development roadmap & app enhancement activities
  • Assess and act as a decision maker on app enhancement requests
  • Oversee and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Review business communications & training materials
  • Collaborate with project managers for effective project planning

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Specific accreditation on relevant systems (e.g. SAP Warehouse management)
  • Proven history working in a specialist area involving logistics, sales & purchasing
  • SAP or ERP implementation experience
  • Experience managing without authority & conflict management skills
  • Experience in project management in a cross-functional & virtual team environment
  • Proven record of excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates value creation in identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Keeps up to date on Tech Sourcing technology and industry trends
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers
  • Skills to develop best practice policies and procedures for usage standards
  • Experience creating user stories
  • Willingness to travel
