About the role
- Manage colleagues in the service at ticket/request level
- Operationally manage employees and teams at work package level
- Act as the first point of contact for technical content
- Ensure timely and quality-assured service delivery
- Support teams in case of technical problems
- Assess and assign customer complaints or risks
- Provide feedback to service management/delivery leadership
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Operational management experience and knowledge
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Adequate ability to lead a support team
- Ability to perform very well under high pressure

- High degree of independence and organizational skills
