💰 $175,000 - $200,000 per year

About the role

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives
  • Responsibility for both the delivery of customer engagements and line management of around 10 project managers (regional travel essential)
  • Accountable for assurance, governance & customer satisfaction
  • Continuously maintaining and innovating the Practice capability in support of the business strategy
  • Proactively supporting growth with the development and delivery of standardized, competitive and market-relevant service offerings
  • Providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise into and out of the Practice; working collaboratively with stakeholders within the business and externally with customers and vendors
  • Operational and commercial management of the team to achieve financial targets, competitiveness and improved productivity & quality
  • Drive a high-performance culture across the Practice; developing, retaining and attracting the best talent
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects (ideally on a workplace platform on behalf of a professional service organization)
  • experience of applying appropriate governance and control in overseeing delivery of projects
  • demonstrable evidence of developing individuals and teams
  • a passion to further enhance the capability of people
