About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in driving sales team performance
  • Mentor Account Managers and Account Associates
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and contribution targets for customer set
  • Manage multiple podium level customer accounts
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing development for team members
  • Close complex deal negotiations and high-value opportunities
  • Monitor and improve sales performance, tools, and best practices
  • Track team KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Ensure accurate Salesforce usage and pipeline forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Provide feedback to help shape product development and messaging

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or technology related degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5 – 7+ years of experience in large customer technology products and services sales
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a sales team is highly preferred
  • Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
  • Good self-organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm
  • Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations
  • Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains
  • Commercially astute
