About the role
- Play a pivotal role in driving sales team performance
- Mentor Account Managers and Account Associates
- Ensure achievement of revenue and contribution targets for customer set
- Manage multiple podium level customer accounts
- Provide onboarding and ongoing development for team members
- Close complex deal negotiations and high-value opportunities
- Monitor and improve sales performance, tools, and best practices
- Track team KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Ensure accurate Salesforce usage and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Provide feedback to help shape product development and messaging
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to streamline processes and reporting
- Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or technology related degree, or equivalent experience
- 5 – 7+ years of experience in large customer technology products and services sales
- Previous experience mentoring or leading a sales team is highly preferred
- Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
- Good self-organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains
