About the role
- Design and deliver training programs
- Create enablement assets (demos, best practice guides)
- Provide ongoing technical coaching to sellers
- Build strong relationships with technical staff and sellers
- Support sales teams in closing deals by addressing technical requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role
- Strong technical understanding of OEM’s products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
