About the role
- Partners with team members to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Computacenter values
- Collaborates with Inside Sales management and team members as well as other cross functional teams on an as needed basis regarding customer projects and orders
- Uses Computacenter systems and process to enter and track orders
- Provides regular data and timeline updates to Inside Sales Management
- Assists in providing status reports to Account managers, project teams, and Partner Management
- Follows defined processes and procedures to assist in the coordination and execution of open requests, open quotes, open purchase orders, and escalated orders
- Assists in entering and managing open opportunities within team and follows up directly with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management
- Coordinates with Customer Executives in creating and maintaining a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences across the customer base
- Conducts general administrative duties as necessary
- Embraces and supports Computacenter mission and core values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Customer focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
- Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office)
