About the role
- Perform a range of HR work activities to meet business and customer requirements in North America
- Maintain the organizational structure in Computacenter’s global ERP application systems such as SAP HCM, Employee Central and ServiceNow
- Manage the tickets in the Remedy and ServiceNow ticket system specifically for North America from request to resolution
- Maintain master position list for North America and Canada, adding new positions as approved
- Escalate issues in line with HR Standard Operating Procedures and processes to ensure customer demands are met
Requirements
- U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent foreign degree
- 4 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation
- Experience with SAP (Organizational Management) and PA (Personal Administration) Modules
- Experience with SAP configuration and business process analysis
- Experience in organization management supporting automated HRIS systems
- Experience completing end to end SAP implementation in the area of HR
