About the role

  • Perform a range of HR work activities to meet business and customer requirements in North America
  • Maintain the organizational structure in Computacenter’s global ERP application systems such as SAP HCM, Employee Central and ServiceNow
  • Manage the tickets in the Remedy and ServiceNow ticket system specifically for North America from request to resolution
  • Maintain master position list for North America and Canada, adding new positions as approved
  • Escalate issues in line with HR Standard Operating Procedures and processes to ensure customer demands are met

Requirements

  • U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent foreign degree
  • 4 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation
  • Experience with SAP (Organizational Management) and PA (Personal Administration) Modules
  • Experience with SAP configuration and business process analysis
  • Experience in organization management supporting automated HRIS systems
  • Experience completing end to end SAP implementation in the area of HR
