Requirements
- 5-10 years experience managing teams in the delivery of engineering services
- PMP Certification
- Large Professional Services firm experience preferred
- Strong leadership including vision and promoting change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional self-starter, with collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terms in practice products and services
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other Project Management tools preferred
- Ability to create and maintain processes
