About the role
- Provide a range of hardware, software, and network technical support, including troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers
- Perform a range of technical work activities at customer site to meet business and customer requirements supporting IMAC activities
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Resiliency/Flexibility
- Windows and OSX security fundamentals
- Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software
- Familiarity with a broad spectrum of development collaboration tools, including Active Directory, Duo, YubiKey, Google Apps/Suite, and SSO
- Foundational understanding of Agile
- Can lift 50+ lbs
