💰 $21 - $28 per hour

About the role

  • Provide a range of hardware, software, and network technical support, including troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers
  • Perform a range of technical work activities at customer site to meet business and customer requirements supporting IMAC activities
  • Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution

Requirements

  • 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Resiliency/Flexibility
  • Windows and OSX security fundamentals
  • Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of development collaboration tools, including Active Directory, Duo, YubiKey, Google Apps/Suite, and SSO
  • Foundational understanding of Agile
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
