Work as integrator within TS NA organization, partnering across leadership teams
Support the GTS Business Strategy and Communications Director with ongoing alignment
Lead priority cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements
Own the end-to-end governance and performance management cycle for SVP TS NA
Collaborate with Group Finance and HR for financial and workforce planning
Support timely engagement with Country Unit Sales teams
Develop presentations for internal and external conferences and meetings
Lead and support specific business development and marketing initiatives
Ensure timely internal communications updates and events
Ensure effectiveness of leadership team meetings

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United States
8+ years’ experience in strategy, general management, and/or operations within a corporate environment, ideally in IT or wider B2B
Specific experience of working as a business manager or equivalent
Project management qualification(s), e.g., PRINCE2, Agile
Experience in global or multinational environments
Previous experience in strategy or consulting role
Proficiency in advanced tools such as Salesforce, Generative AI
Experience with financial and performance management
Previous experience of leading internal communication or working with internal communication teams
Strong organization, time management and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly proficient user of core productivity platforms, e.g., Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experienced in developing impactful presentations for senior leadership
Strategic thinker and facilitator
